Donate Now Through CanadaHelps.org!

All Hospice services are provided without charge to the client and their family so no one will go without support.  Your financial gift will help.  Each year we receive donations from service clubs, community organizations, individuals and businesses to help fund these services. Thank you for your ongoing support!

Donations can now be made online at CanadaHelps.org

Gifts to Friends and Family

This is a great gift idea for that special friend who has everything! We greatly appreciate donations received in lieu of gifts for birthdays, anniversaries or Christmas.  Senders of the gift receive an income tax receipt and recipients are sent a card of appreciation with the donor's name.

In Memoriam

We appreciate the many memoriam donations received when our clients and others reach the end of life. You or your loved ones can name Dundas County Hospice as a charity of choice for friends and family to donate to. Again, donors receive an income tax receipt and the family receives a card with the donor's name.

Estate Gifts

We greatly appreciate gifts from those that will a portion of their estate to Dundas County Hospice.

Fundraising Pledges

Your pledges made through fundraising events are recognized as a donation. The success of events like the Hike for Hospice and Golf Tournament depend on participants getting "pledges" from their family and friends. A tax receipt can be issued in most cases.

Attending Hoedown and Buying Auction Items

Hospice Hoedown is held every other year (even numbered years) in October at Matilda Hall. This event includes a nice hot meal, silent and live auctions and entertainment. This year Hoedown will be held on October 18, 2014 and tickets will be available soon by calling the office 613-535-2215.

General and Newsletter Donations

We accept general donations at anytime by cheque in the mail, cash delivered to our office and now online at CanadaHelps.org

In April of each year, we send a newsletter to residents of North and South Dundas to remind people of our services. For convenience, a tear away form is included in the newsletter as well as an envelope stamped with our address, for anyone that wishes to make a donation. Our most current newsletter can be found here and extra copies are available at our office.

Please make all cheques payable to:
