“I am pleased to announce that I will be hiking virtually to support the Dundas County Hospice Hike for Hospice event during the month of May. To keep everyone safe, I will be walking through my own neighbourhood to help raise funds for the vital programs of practical and emotional support that DCH offers to those who have a life threatening illness, are at end-of-life or who are caregiving or grieving. I hope you are able to support my/our walk with a pledge of any amount. You can make an online pledge with Canada Helps https://www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/dundas-county-hospice/ choosing Hike for Hospice as the specific fund and put my name in the message box. Or you can mail a cheque made out to Dundas County Hospice to 4353 CR 31, PO Box 278, Williamsburg, ON K0C 2H0. Donations of $20 or more will receive a tax receipt. Please put my name on the memo line.
Deadline for pledges is May 31st. Thank you so much for supporting my hike and Dundas County Hospice; your gift will make a difference to those who use the services of the Hospice.
To find out more about Dundas County Hospice and the services they provide, please visit their website at www.dundascountyhospice.ca or follow them on Facebook.”
