Regular Part-time – 21 hours per week

Dundas County Hospice is looking for a caring, compassionate, professional individual to coordinate our Day Hospice program and perform other administrative tasks to support all of our programs. Looking for an outgoing person with strong community ties. Must be willing to do any required training and/or continuing education.
Qualifications: Recent experience/education in program coordination/administrative support considered an asset.
Marketing/community engagement skills including social media and website development would be considered an asset.
Knowledge of local community support services will be required.
Data management experience/skills required.
Self-motivation, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills a must.
Description: Coordination of weekly Day Hospice Program in-person or by Zoom including follow-up with clients, arranging transportation, coordinating activities, volunteers and snack or meal.
Admin support of Fundraising Committee and other Hospice programs including development of marketing materials, updates to social media and website.
General office support including ordering supplies, answering phone and email, etc.
