Day Hospice Program
A day away in our home-like setting in Williamsburg for our more mobile  palliative clients on a weekly basis. Here they will find rest and  relaxation, supportive relationships and therapeutic value. It allows  for respite for their caregiver and ease of mind that their loved one is  being cared for in a professional and caring setting. The program  coordinated by the Program Assistant, a registered Nurse is present  during the day and supported by our dedicated hospice volunteers.  Transportation can be arranged if necessary and a nutritious meal is  served. Occasional outings are planned when appropriate. Complementary  therapies and light group activities are also enjoyed on occasion.

Anyone can make a referral to us, including  healthcare and social agencies, nurses, physicians, clergy, friends, the  person who is ill or their families.
