Dundas County Hospice Services

For Palliative Clients

If you or a loved one is living with a life-threatening illness, you may borrow medical equipment from our inventory for as long as it’s needed. Our Director of Client Services works closely with each client, their family, and their healthcare providers to determine which items would be most helpful.

Short-Term Community Loans

When equipment is available, we also offer short-term loans (up to 3 months) to community members recovering from surgery, accidents, or illness. These items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Community borrowers must:

  • Present a valid Ontario Health Card

  • Sign our Equipment Loan Agreement

  • Arrange their own pick-up and return

  • Please call us at 613-535-2215 to check availability and make arrangements.
