Your Support Brings Comfort, Dignity, and Compassion to Local Families
Dundas County Hospice is a non-profit organization committed to providing compassionate care and support to individuals and families facing life-limiting illness. While we receive partial funding from the Champlain Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, over 45% of our annual funding must be raised through donations and community fundraising efforts.
Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of individuals, service groups, churches, businesses, and families like yours, we are able to offer our services completely free of charge to those in need — right here in Dundas County.
Every gift, large or small, makes a meaningful difference.
You can donate:
Honor the memory of a loved one by naming Dundas County Hospice as a beneficiary for memorial donations.
Speak to your family or funeral director to make arrangements, or contact us for assistance.
Leave a legacy of compassion by including Dundas County Hospice in your will or estate plan.
Please speak with your lawyer and loved ones to make this meaningful gift part of your legacy.
Each spring, we mail a newsletter to every household in North and South Dundas, highlighting the work we do and including a tear-away donation form and return envelope for your convenience.
You can view our latest newsletter [here].
Join us for one of our signature events — and make a difference while having fun:
Whether you participate, pledge, donate auction items, or sponsor an event, your involvement helps us care for more families in need.
Mark a special occasion — like a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or retirement — by inviting donations in lieu of gifts.
You can also make a donation in someone’s honour, and we’ll send them a card to let them know about your thoughtful gift.

We’d love to hear about it! Please contact our Executive Director to discuss your idea and how we can help make it a success.
